To submit your question or problem, click on the
request link to
access the submission form. This will automatically submit your
question to one of our qualified tutors. You can also submit the
problem by email at help@statisticsmaster.com or by fax at (859)881-1762. When
submitting your inquiry, please include your name and email in case
contact is necessary.
Most solutions will be received within
2 business days. Occasionally, a problem will require more time for
computations or explanations. One of our tutors will inform you of
the amount of time required for you to receive the solution if it will
take longer than 2 business days to complete.
You will choose what type of solution you need. Solutions can be
single answers, a computational step-by-step process, or a detailed
explanation including answer, process, and instructions. To choose
the type of solution you prefer, click the type of solution on the
request form.
If you need additional clarification about the solution you received,
just email us with your question and we will be happy to send you a prompt
response at no additional cost. If your question involves additional
computations or explanations beyond the scope of the original submitted
problem, there may be additional fees. A tutor will notify you of
any additional charges. Charges will not incur without your
approval.
Rates for solutions vary
depending of the type of solution you require. Problem costs can
start as low as $1 each. Some problems will cost more due to the
amount of time involved in completing the solutions. Your tutor can
give more specific cost information after reviewing the problems.
Your name and email address you provide is used only for contact
information. We will never release your information to anyone.
